Everything I ate on Japan Airlines Economy | Hawaii to Tokyo 🇯🇵✈️#travelshorts #japantravel #japan
Guys, I am on these flights. I am on Japan Airlines going from Honolulu to Tokyo and I’m going to show you guys everything that I eat. I’m flying economy class. So, let’s see. I heard this is good. It’s my first time. I’ve never tried it. So, I want to see what it’s about. Starting off with these Japanese rice crackers. This is the first snack that they gave us once we boarded the plane. I love these. I eat these at home. They’re so crunchy, umami, savory. I love the like soy sauce on there. It’s such a great texture, and they just taste so good. It’s really satisfying to eat. A great way to start the flight. Moving on to dinner, we got these chicken curry, some sides, some miso soup, and a sorbet. Starting with this side, I believe this is a klelaw. There’s a little baby shrimp in there. It was light, refreshing, subtle, nice mayonnaise flavor, and wasn’t too salty or savory. It was really light and refreshing. Moving on to this side with some blanched spinach and carrots. It was very sesame forward. Some great sesame oil flavor in there. Sesame seed. Nice and savory. Umami also delightfully refreshing. Moving on to this tofu side. It was cold tofu with some pickled onions and like a sweet and sour sauce. I really liked this. This is perfectly seasoned. And I’m like, am I eating this on an airplane right now? Why does it taste so good? These sides were really, really good, guys. Moving on to dinner. We had the chicken curry. I chose the chicken curry cuz I’m like, well, we’re going to Japan, so I feel like chicken curry is fitting. But it was subtle. It was creamy and it was very warm and comforting. It was actually quite nice on the plane because, you know, you want a nice comforting meal. And this miso soup, let’s talk about this miso soup. Super umami, super flavorful. I can’t believe this is literally on the plane. It was so delicious. I was happy. I ate everything. My belly was full. And can you believe we’re eating all this on a plane right now? Also had a Hawai sorbet here. This pineapple sorbet was super light, refreshing, sweet, but tasted like real pineapple. It was really nice. Can you believe we’re on a plane? This is such great service. Before we were landing, we got this light snack, which was a sandwich, and some cookies. This actually was really nice. Nice taro bun, crunchy lettuce, good mayonnaise, nice ham in there. It actually tasted pretty good quality, guys. I’m so surprised. We also have these Big Island shortbread cookies, which are always so good. I love these. Sweet, buttery, flaky, delicious. This is everything that I ate on the flight. The flight was smooth, easy, breezy. I had a great time.
