Polyphony Digital has officially put tickets on sale for the season’s ultimate showdown: the World Finals in Fukuoka, Japan.

The event marks a significant return for the championship’s grand finale to its home country. While Tokyo hosted a preliminary round in 2024, this will be the first time the World Finals have been held in Japan. Fukuoka, a major city on the island of Kyushu (and home to Polyphony Digital’s official headquarters since 2011), will be a brand-new host for the crowning of the 2025 champions.

The event will be staged at the Fukuoka International Congress Center, right next door to the Japan Mobility Show Fukuoka 2025. The schedule is spread across the weekend, with each day crowning a different champion:

Saturday, December 20: Manufacturers Cup

Doors open at 15:00 JST, with the main broadcast scheduled to run from 17:00 to 19:30 JST.

Sunday, December 21: Nations Cup

Doors open at 12:30 JST, with the main broadcast scheduled to run from 15:00 to 17:30 JST.

Fans planning to attend have several ticket options, with pricing now confirmed:

Premium Ticket (2-Day): ¥15,000 (~$100/€86)

The top-tier option grants entry to both race days with preferential seating. It also includes a limited-edition event T-shirt and access to an exclusive autograph session.

S Seating Ticket (1-Day): ¥4,500 (~$30/€26)

This ticket provides admission for a single race day (either Saturday or Sunday) with the benefit of preferential seating.

A Seating Ticket (1-Day): ¥3,000 (~$20/€17)

This ticket allows entry to a single race day of your choice in standard seating.

For those who can’t commit to the full premium package but still want the exclusive apparel, a special pre-sale offer is available through November 9. This bundle allows you to add the limited-edition T-shirt to any 1-Day ticket for an additional ¥4,000 (~$27/€23).

In a special tie-in with the adjacent event, World Finals ticket holders can also purchase discounted entry to the Japan Mobility Show Fukuoka 2025 for just ¥1,650 (~$11/€10), a saving on the regular ¥2,000 adult price.

Tickets for the World Finals are available for purchase now through the Lawson Ticket website:

The pre-sale period for the T-shirt bundle will end on November 9. Following that, any remaining tickets can also be purchased directly from the “Loppi” multimedia kiosks located in Lawson and Ministop convenience stores throughout Japan.

As always, we expect to see a lot of GTPlanet members at the finale — be sure to leave a comment in the forums if you plan to attend!
