[Music] I made a reservation just before the 3-day weekend in August. It wasn’t super cheap, but considering the current situation and timing, I felt it was a reasonable price. Kofu is close to the city center, not too crowded, and it was nice to be able to relax easily. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the station, but it felt close, and there are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The services unique to Dormian were all appreciated and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The open air bath was very pleasant and I was recommended by a friend that Dormian is great. I finally had the opportunity to use it this time and made a reservation. I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The large public bath with an open air bath was cozy yet I was able to relax and enjoy it which was wonderful. I will definitely use this hotel again when I travel to another location. The staff arrived immediately after we checked in and were very courteous. My child went to get towels multiple times, but they responded without any unpleasant expressions, which was very much appreciated. Additionally, the welcome drinks and ice after the bath were excellent services that brought great joy to my child. The room was clean, and the view from the observation bath was fantastic. Furthermore, the breakfast was delicious no matter what we chose, and both adults and children enjoyed it to the fullest. It was a fun and satisfying stay at the hotel, and I was thrilled that my child could join me. if there is another opportunity. This is our first day at Dormian and even though we have visited Japan several times, the location was good and it is our first time trying carousel parking. The hotel offers the essentials, but the onsen coupled with the ice cream at night/ yogurt drinks and they are great after an onsen soak. Not forgetting the ramen supper, which is pretty good. We will certainly consider use the view from the window is that cityscape, so there’s nothing we can do about it. If it were a little closer to the station, it would be perfect. Breakfast was also delicious. I used your services last time as well, and the high quality remains unchanged, allowing me to spend my time comfortably. I am always impressed by the staff’s prompt response and the cleanliness. The open air bath on the 10th floor offers a sense of spaciousness, and I was satisfied with it. The breakfast buffet is also abundant, allowing me to enjoy the fresh ingredients from Yamanashi. It is close to the entertainment district, so I hotel is really nice with all required facilities. Hotel is reasonably priced and right next to JR station. Soundproofing is good and you can’t hear anything. Stuff is kind and professional. Room is spacious and clean. There’s free ice cream puff after Onen. Ansen have to pay 150 yen per day. Overall, the hotel is easily the best hotel of all hotels I have stayed in Japan.
