One of my favorite Korean brands just opened in Japan. This is Blue Elephant. You’d never guess from the name, but it’s an eyewear shop known for having styles similar to Gentle Monster, but at a fraction of the price. There are three floors here full of glasses and sunglasses with everything from basic to futuristic, and they’re all very affordable. I ended up going with this pair. Been very into rectangular frames recently. They were only about $55. Such a steal. I will be back.

Blue Elephant got super popular a while back cuz it was rumored their products were made in the same factories as Gentle Monster. I don’t think that’s true, BUT they do have some super cool styles for really good prices 💫
Everything looked to be between ¥6000-¥8000, or $40-$55. Quality isn’t amazing on every single item, but most of them feel great. Check it out at the end of Takeshita Street in Harajuku 😎
