ふらっと出かけた場所を紹介しようと思います。
2025年7月に静岡県袋井市にある「法多山尊永寺」に行きました。

・遠州三山風鈴まつり

お寺では邪気除けのために、お堂や塔の軒の四方に「風鐸」と呼ばれるものが吊り下げられ、風鐸の音が聞こえる範囲では災いが起こらないと考えられています。
この風鐸が風鈴の由来とも伝えられています。遠州三山「法多山・可睡齋・油山寺」では、このような日本の伝統的な寺院文化と結びつきの深い風鈴を、
新たな夏の風物詩として捉え「遠州三山風鈴まつり」を開催しています。
三山の信仰の源でもある「厄除・火防信仰・目の霊山」などの”願いや祈り”を鈴の音に託し、参拝者に涼しい音色でひと時の涼を届けます。

開催期間：2025年5月24日（土）～8月31日（日）
開催場所：法多山尊永寺、秋葉総本殿可睡齋、目の霊山油山寺

・法多山尊永寺

豊かな自然に囲まれ、歴史や伝統文化を伝えている「はったさん」。
奈良時代に聖武天皇の勅命により開かれ、本尊の正観世音菩薩は厄除観音として知られています。
本殿は鎌倉時代の様式を現代建築で力強く再現した風格あるもの。
桃山時代の様式を今に伝える「仁王門」「金剛五種鈴」は国重要文化財に指定されています。
初詣は東海一円から老若男女が集まり、春には桜、夏はホタル、秋にはイチョウ、また「田遊祭」「節分祭」「万灯祭」など、季節の行事で賑わいます。
境内で売られている厄除けだんごは絶品です。

Enshu Sanzan Wind Chime Festival

At temples, wind chimes called “wind chimes” are hung on all four sides of the eaves of halls and pagodas to ward off evil spirits. It is believed that no misfortune will occur within the sound of the wind chimes.

It is said that these wind chimes are the origin of wind chimes. The Enshu Sanzan (Three Mountains of Enshu)?Hatasan, Kasuisai, and Yusanji?are celebrating wind chimes, deeply linked to traditional Japanese temple culture, as a new summer tradition, hosting the Enshu Sanzan Wind Chime Festival.
The chimes convey the wishes and prayers of the three mountains, including those for protection from evil, fire prevention, and the sacred mountain of the eye, and their soothing sounds bring a moment of coolness to worshippers.

Hatasan Son’eiji Temple

Surrounded by abundant nature, Hattasan conveys history and traditional culture.
Established by imperial order of Emperor Shomu during the Nara period, the principal image of the temple, the Sho Kannon Bodhisattva, is known as the Kannon Bodhisattva who wards off evil.
The main hall is a stately structure that powerfully recreates the style of the Kamakura period in modern architecture.
The Niomon Gate and the Kongo Five Bells, which convey the style of the Momoyama period, have been designated as Important National Cultural Properties.
People of all ages and genders gather from all over the Tokai region for their first visit of the year, and the temple is bustling with activity during seasonal events such as the cherry blossoms in spring, fireflies in summer, ginkgo trees in autumn, and the Tanyu Festival, Setsubun Festival, and Manto Festival.
The evil-averting dumplings sold on the grounds are delicious.
