hello so we just checked into our little studio and before you might ask yes this is a regulated one but it’s got some pretty cool things so let’s go check it out obviously the infamous Japanese toilet so this little place has a really cool little bath and shower now what’s really cool about this is it’s autofilling what I mean by this is you can configure it and it will turn on and actually warm up the water itself so I’ll turn this on to show you soon so yeah pretty cool feature um it’s got your bath stuff um I guess stuff to hang for your amenities and stuff like that pretty convenient as well also has a dishwasher um I mean no dryer unfortunately but I guess you could just stick in front of the airon heater it might dry out pretty quickly um fridge a vacuum cleaner if I guess if you want if you get messy for some reason a stove uh you might have to Google translate the instructions a microwave a kettle which probably have to boil some water soon um a little TV an important feature to know is you can comfortably open two suitcases which is actually something very hard to do in Japan cuz all the hotels are super tiny and the budget for this place was kind of in the range of what you would pay for a U business hotel which I’m currently very tiny pretty good location as well right next to Shinaba as well station like probably a 5minute walk there’s a couple of there’s a Sunleven um a Lawson as well as a not a family m the other one something M outside as well so very convenient in terms of location with all your um convenience stores and convenis um right next to Ktown or Korean food if you’re into that although you’re in Japan probably want Japanese food overall it’s a pretty convenient spot i mean convenience spot nice location um a lot of space like it doesn’t seem like it as you walk in but being able to put suitcases your stuff there like your bottles and stuff like lying around like it’s actually a luxury to have this especially in Japan where it just can be so tight so overall let’s finish off the video with let’s see how the B’s filling up i see hard at work automatically filling so yeah take a we’re gonna probably take a bath and hopefully this video gives you a bit more interest in looking for potentially studio apartments which are approved so find the ones which are approved um cuz some of the m ones are not regulated so find ones that approved with licenses like this this place actually has a bunch i think they often this entire place out um because when you first walk in there’s actually like instructions downstairs and stuff like that so I think it’s actually fully licensed here so another option if you do want to rent a spot in Tokyo which can be expensive but yeah overall a pretty little nice apartment pretty cool

Japan is not known to be cheap with accommodation so instead of booking a hotel or even an Airbnb, we decided to try something different.

This place is kind of like a hotel apartment, kind of an inbetween. It is far cheaper however and still in good proximity to everything.

So in this video, I give a tour of the apartment and what its like, especially since it’s actually a pretty decent size as well!
