Everything I ate in Japan (pt.1 Tokyo) #japanesefood #japantravel

I’m a travel blogger and this is everything I ate in Japan for research purposes. Starting in Tokyo, I of course had to check out the trending Dragon Ball roll at Sushi Tatsia. This Amakasi restaurant sources quality ingredients from the Toyosu Market. And for about 1,300 yen per person, you get 15 courses, which is more than enough food. Everything was delicious, and the warm atmosphere definitely makes me want to be a repeat customer. Center Beef is another popular restaurant known for their steak bowls. You can choose how many grams of rice and meat you want. And you can pick your own toppings, too. Thinking about it now is seriously making me drool because this was a solid 10 out of 10 meal. And their staff are absolute eye candy as well, so that’s always a plus. Last but not least, can’t forget about the viral such jihan. They specialize in kaisendon, which is essentially a sashimi bowl that you can add hot soup to. While it was delicious, I don’t think it would have been worth a 2-hour wait had we come during dinner rush. If you’re looking for restaurant recommendations,

๐Ÿฃ Sushi Tatsuya
๐Ÿ•” Two seatings every night at 6:00 PM & 8:30 PM
๐Ÿ“Œ Reservations are required and you pay in advance. And it’s ยฅ13,200 per person, NOT ~1,300 yen lol. I had a brain ๐Ÿ’จ moment recording the voiceover hehee.

๐Ÿฅฉ Steak Rice Center Beef Japanese Rice Bowl (Shibuya branch)
๐Ÿ•” Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturday & Sunday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
๐Ÿ“Œ We came ~15min before they opened for dinner service and were seated right away at 5:30PM on a Thursday. When we finished, the queue went all the way around the corner, so I defs recommend going early if you donโ€™t want to wait. You can also lump this with Shibuya Sky in your itinerary.

๐ŸŸ Nihonbashi Kaisen Don Tsujihan Kagurazaka
๐Ÿ•” 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily
๐Ÿ“Œ Again, we went at ~6:00PM on a Thursday and got a seat immediately. (Iโ€™d say the Kagurazaka branch is one of the less busy locations for sure.) It’s cash only and you can do takeout too.
