That is, if you’re talking about the kind that printed on paper and bound in volumes. Although the area and the industry has been facing a very serious threat from digital platforms, some vendors are finding ways to stay afloat. To celebrate printed matter and the neighborhood’s legacy, the district is currently holding the 60th Kanda Used Book Festival.
