๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Japan Travel Guide: 10 Japanese Cuisine (ENG)

hello finder live hello everyone welcome to my channel G live I’m jaanese and living in Germany I finally returned to Japan temporarily in October of this year so today’s topics are Japan travel guide and I will introduce you to 10 Japanese delicious Cuisine that I recommend when you travel to Japan one of the things you look forward to is food right gisha is a foodie so I will introduce you to some of the most mouthwatering Japanese Cuisine I hope you will enjoy watching this video Until the End as it will provide you with information that will definitely help you when you travel to Jaan but be careful because this video makes you extremely hungry while editing the video I was starving I recommend that you watch this video while eating your breakfast lunch dinner or snacks so let’s get started recommended Japanese Cuisine number one tempura when you visit Japan I hope you will try authentic tempura the first restaurant that gisha highly recommends is a Japanese restaurant called tuyama in inam rasaki Kamakura City the sh shf carefully fries each tempura you can even watch the tempura being fried right in front of you the tempura was very tasty the reason why gisha highly recommends this restaurant is that the chef prepares each dish with great care and you can enjoy a large variety of Japanese dishes with just a set meal called Goen in Japanese not only can you enjoy such a wide variety of dishes but they are also very healthy the dish I ordered had no meat but I was still very satisfied the lunch menu is especially good value it is recommended to go during lunchtime as many fire restaurants also offer reasonably prized dishes during lunchtime the great thing about Japanese Cuisine is that you can enjoy such a wide variety of dishes and the variety of ingredients used to make a well balanced meal and it is also beautiful to look at but at lunchtime this set meal was 3,520 Yen including tax depending on the exchange rate but it was roughly โ‚ฌ22 this set meal included a drink and a dessert for this price isn’t it a good deal recommended Japanese Cuisine number two Sashimi T during temporary visit to Japan GHA ate Sashimi almost every day the second restaurant I would like to introduce is called enoshima T located on enoshima island the view is really great right I know many people don’t like raw fish in Germany I rarely eat raw fish but if you visit Japan you should definitely try Sashimi if you don’t like Sashimi it might be because you have never eaten fresh food fish especially if you visit the local Coast you can eat very fresh fish that was C this morning fresh fish does not smell bad similar to the first restaurant there are also restaurants in Japan that offer such set meals at lunchtime which are called Goen in Japanese it can also be called if you want to find a t Shoku restaurant search with the term T sh andos shim had many dishes on the menu and it was hard to choose but I chose the Goen which offers sashimi and many seafood dishes I had a very nice Lunchtime with a beautiful ocean view it was a little cloudy that day but I heard that if it was a sunny day you could even see Mount Fuji the restaurant staff kindly told me this restaurant is one of the most popular on anos Shima Island and although you may have to wait a bit at lunchtime the food and Views are well worth the wait recommended Japanese Cuisine number three Yak fish is not the only delicious food in Japan try the world class wagu beef when you travel to Japan wagu beef may have an image of being expensive but it is available at reasonable places in Japan because of its various ranks there are many yakin restaurants so please Google and check the price quotations before you go there restaurants that serve A5 rank beef are still expensive but you can enjoy very delicious meat even if it is not a five rank so please enjoy your Yaki Niki experience I usually try not to eat beef but when I go back to Japan I cannot help eating Yakiniku I have lived in Germany for almost 8 years and have only been back to Japan three times so when I go back to Japan I want to eat dishes that are not available in Germany my recommendation is the outside skirt also I always order kimuchi namu and biim even when I go to a Yakiniku restaurant I eat a lot of vegetables this time when I visited ishigaki Island Okinawa I ate 85 rank ishigaki beef it was so expensive that I ordered only a small portion consequently I would say that there’s no need to be concerned about rank this Yakiniku restaurant Kaki serves Yamagata beef and offers very tasty Yakiniku and dishes for a reasonable price the restler stuff were also very friendly rck commended Japanese Cuisine number four crabs Japan is known for its crabs you can enjoy a wide variety of crafts with a very rich flavor gisha visited Japan in October so it was not the season for snow crabs and king crabs which are very tasty since the season is usually from November to March but I wanted to eat crab hot pot anyway so this restaurant was the first place I visited when I arrived in Japan some types of crabs can be CAU year round but I highly recommend trying the snow and king crabs prefectures famous for crabs are hokido Hui hogo nigata isawa and toori hokiku area is not a major tourist destination but there are many delicious foods there so I strongly recommend you to visit there recommended Japanese quisine number five Ramen the next Japanese food introduced here is ramen Ramen is a must when traveling to Japan in Europe Ramen is so expensive that it is hard to believe Ramen is like fast food for the Japanese and a bowl of ramen cost usually 6 or s yearo in Japan this Ramen was really delicious the guoa cost about โ‚ฌ2 and so did the karaga the karag was very crispy and the meat was very juicy I ordered an extra portion of stir fried vegetables for toppings which cost about โ‚ฌ1 and it came in such a hip when I eat ramen I often order star- fried vegetables as toppings because Ramen alone is not nutritionally balanced recommended chef Cuisine number six isaka menu do you all know what an isaka is and isaka is a type of informal Japanese bar that serves alcoholic drinks dishes and snacks isaka are casual places for afterw work drinking similar to a PP a Spanish tapas bar or an American Saloon or tavan you can enjoy a small portion of many different dishes while sipping on a drink you will be very surprised at the variety of dishes on the menu there is a great variety of alcoholic vages and dishes as well as many isaka so going to the isaka is a great way to spend an evening each isaka usually has recommended menus for the day so please ask the staff do you know how to say in Japanese what do you recommend you say so here are some isaka menus fried shrimp with mayonnaise sauce sukuna Japanese chicken meat balls fried fish sea grapes futaki Sushi fried chicken wings grilled Browns drop Soft beer and sashimi [Music] platter recommended Japanese cisin number seven Udan are there any of you who are like this you are so excited to travel to Japan but you are on a tight budget flight tickets were expensive you just have to cut back on food expenses if it’s you don’t worry there are many restaurants in Japan that are inexpensive yet delicious and filling I recommend hanamaru woodon you can enjoy tasty fast and large portions of woodon it is a chain restaurant with a total of nearly 500 locations throughout Japan you can enjoy suuki wooden noodles which are characterized by their firm Tech txture not only is the broth delicious but you can also choose from a wide variety of tempura and karag as toppings the pumpkin tempura was unbelievably delicious I ordered kak wooden which is the wooden in the middle of the bottom row in the picture with no toppings this Kake uden is available in three sizes small medium and large I ordered a small even so the portion was so filling that I was hard to believe it was a small portion then I ordered pumpkin tempura and caraga as toppings pumpkin tempura was 150 Yen per piece and KAG was 140 Yen kak won was 330 Yen the total was 620 yen in other words converted to euro it it cost less than โ‚ฌ4 very tasty generous potions and so inexpensive by the way when traveling in Japan please use Google Lens as some restaurants may only have Japanese menus moreover please check out the links to the restaurants introduced in this video in the description I would be very pleased to be of help to you on your trip to Japan recommended Japanese cisin number eight Sashimi Bowl what I miss about Japan after returning to Germany is the Sashimi Bowl where you can enjoy these several types of Sashimi filling you up but at a reasonable price it would be twice the price if I ate it in Europe but there are almost no restaurants where you can eat such sushimi Bowls in the first place I miss fresh fish if Sushi is a bit expensive for you but you still want to eat fresh fish you can order a Sashimi Bowl many restaurants offer them at a relatively lower price than Sushi this restaurant serves a delicious tashimi rice bowl half of the Sashimi Rice Bowl can be eaten as it is and after that you can pour broth made from seam over the rest Sashimi rice you can enjoy two ways of eating with one order interesting right recommended Japanese drink number nine MAA if you visit Japan I hope you will try matcha at least once it may be bitter and unpalatable but it is a traditional Japanese drink so go to a store that make mix matcha in the traditional way and try real matcha if you like matcha you may become addicted to it I drink green tea on a regular basis for my health but it is expensive to buy it in Germany so I definitely wanted to buy green tea and Macha on this trip to Japan but I forgot to buy Macha I also wanted to buy a MAA B but I forgot that too when traveling to Japan you should defin L prepare a wish list in advance as there are so many attractive products that you forget what you really want while you were browsing and at the end of the trip you realize that you happen to B everything you wanted here footage of Aisha who is very happy to be able to enjoy Real matcha it was a bit more bitter than she remembered but it was delicious anyway recommended Japanese Cuisine number number 10 SOI SOA and Okinawa SOA this time I visited ishigaki Island Okinawa and I would like to introduce a representative Okinawan soul food SOI SOA and Okinawa SOA I love the broth of this sooki SOA the most I want to eat now is SOI SOA the noodles are thick and wavy some people may think that they have to visit Okinawa to eat Okinawan food but since Okinawan food is so popular among the Japanese there are always okan restaurants in major cities such as Tokyo Osaka and Nagoya so even if you are sightseen in Tokyo for example you can still eat Okinawan food there still the sooki SOA noodles in Okinawa were exceptionally tasty though I miss Okinawa so much the staff at this restaurant machika were very kind and so friendly of course thei SOA was also very tasty okan people are especially friendly and kind I was healed a lot by okan people delicious food and beautiful nature stay tuned for the next videos as I will continue to introduce more and more useful information for your trip to Japan [Music] thank you so much for watching
