Today I’m visiting the Pokémon Café in Tokyo. As the elevator doors open, I see Snorlax, Pikachu, and Mew seemingly welcoming me. Seeing this sign, I know I’ve arrived at the Pokémon Café. The Pokémon Café is a reservation-based restaurant. Friends who want to visit, remember to book in advance on the Pokémon Café’s official website. All time slots for today are fully booked. Although today’s reservations are full, if there are cancellations, same-day seats may be available. Inside the Pokémon Café. The sunlight today is really nice. The restaurant is filled with Pokémon decorations. Maybe because I arrived early, I haven’t seen other guests yet. Guests who reserved this time slot are starting to be seated. The staff are probably busy preparing food for this session. I guess everyone is familiar with these three Pokémon, right? The Pikachu in different outfits behind are so cute. These are exclusive Pokémon Café merchandise. The Patissier Pikachu is adorable. Eevee plates with different expressions. And Pikachu plates with different expressions. Wow! There’s a huge Chef Pikachu and Waiter Pikachu here. This spot is perfect for taking photos. Up close, they’re really cute. The Pokémon decorations in other areas are beautiful too. Haha… Are these Pikachu waiting for their food? They display sample models of different dishes here, which is fun. This is my table’s placemat. Do you recognize this Pokémon? I love the painting of Patissier Pikachu; it really catches my eye. I guess this is a seat reserved for one person. Haha! Looks like this Pikachu’s meal has arrived, ready to eat. I spotted Ho-Oh right away. How many Pokémon do you recognize? Did you see those long ears? The exciting moment is about to begin… Pikachu’s wonderful dance performance is about to end. I really don’t want Pikachu to leave. The staff are working hard to prepare the food. Recommended menu. This coaster is so cute. The dishes on the “Pikachu Hanten” menu are really tempting. “Snorlax’s Tummy Filling Nap
Lunch Plate” This fried chicken cutlet with fried rice looks great. They thoughtfully placed a green placemat before serving. It’s like Snorlax is lying on the grass. This is one of the set meals from the “Pikachu Hanten” menu. Look at this—what is it? This is a Chinese dim sum platter. Pikachu is so cute; how should I even start eating? This is the “Choose Your Pokémon Latte.” I chose Magikarp. And a Chinese-style Pikachu. It’s time to enjoy my meal This is actually a bowl of ramen. Is that Pancham?
