This event is held in Ikebukuro of Tokyo for two days during Halloween season. Nowadays, Ikebukuro attracts Otaku or cosplayers like Akihabara. Anyone can join this event. Over 20000 cosplayers come. I took this video at Sunshine City. At this area, cosplayers are always posing and people take pictures of them.
