You didn't show if it had venetian blinds for all those glass walls or if the renter had to get them made before moving in. Also, it would be helpful to have a furniture layout mock up, like "you know who" does to see if it is actually, technically liveable.
Those stairs are super ugly and scary. I think this would be good for an artist's studio- good light.
I think that's the weirdest apartment I ever saw in my life!
I've seen some apartments that had zero natural light. That is not this. I never thought I'd say this but this has too much light. Disastrously bad. There's not even a genkan. Certainly no storage/closet/cupboard space. There have got to be some livability standards somewhere. This cannot meet them.

Wouldn’t live in this type of apartment with totally zero privacy & zero safety at all. This apartment is built for robbers. Living in this look like an object being on display for sale. 😭😭🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️😤😤😪😪.
By far the worst apartment I've ever seen. Living here would be a nightmare.

About the apartment: Design destroys function. "Frosting" glas and let "window parts" clear would be a (day)lighted, innovative and practical way of solving the issue of lack of privacy there.
This apartment would be great for a live-streamer influencer.
Если бы стёкла были пуленепробиваемые и если бы они были прозрачные только внутренней стороны, плюс вместо стекла всё таки стену в зоне туалета и ванной, то вполне себе неплохо в некоторым роде. Улица вместо бесплатного ТВ 24/7, много естественного света – это круто)

If the windows were frosted all around the bathroom area and I could live on an upper floor, I think I could manage it. I love plants so the front windows would be full of plants. Nobody would really be able to see me! 😂

I Love how the glass lets in so much light, but i hate the glass bathroom/toilet etc. I also hate the advertising on the extremely close walls of the near buildings! So no, i probabaly wouldnt want to live in this one! 😮

Terrible apartment! No privacy, no refrigerator, no storage, tiny kitchen, and awful layout.
Better than a lot of NYC apartments….just put curtains everywhere. Also, in the US you couldn’t find a room for that price.

THat bar on the window is not a very good security feature. IF the window was open all the way, not stopping pets or children, even adults, from falling out of it onto the street.
Nothing to stop dirt and liquids to fall into the holes with the electrical plugs, etc. And what if you do not want to put the items that plug into them at those spots?
Unless those devices/panels came that color, they certainly show sun fading and discoloration. Makes them look older than they probably are.
Unless those windows and walls are soundproof, you will hear the street, entrance, public noise and voices all day long. And not much room for a bed unless you want to use a futon and put it away and up each day. How hot does it get with all those windows?
Not many people would want to have a toilet that exposed to everyone outside on the street to see it being used. Would have to have the blinds. Drapes closed all the time.
