I’m Shota!

I have developmental disorders, bipolar disorder, and a serious spinal disease!

Because of bullying, repeated spinal surgeries, and the instability of my brain caused by bipolar disorder, I have despaired about life and have tried to end it three times.

That action is not something to be praised at all, and from my experience of surviving without ending my life,

in the end, I have no choice but to live!

If I’m going to live, I want to be a little happier!

I want to work hard to become happy!

With that in mind, I started YouTube as a record of my journey to happiness!!

To be honest, I don’t have any redeeming features, but

I will do my best to live and act to become happy!
