Osaka, only a short train ride from Kyoto, is know as Japan’s Kitchen. Street food vendors, restaurants, and bars abound. Some of the local specialties include Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki. Osaka has a more casual atmosphere than Tokyo. No trip to Japan would be complete without a trip to Osaka.
