If you had to choose one of these classics, which one would it be?

If you had to choose one of these, which one would you pick and why? Both dream cars of mine and seriously considering trying for one. Budget similar for each.
1:) 180SX type X (real), stock except a strut bar (stock airbox and exhaust) and low miles (like 45k mi) immaculate condition
2:) WRX STI Type R with minor mods but mostly stock also low miles.
