This historical inn, founded in the Taisho era, is famous for its rooftop open-air bath (rotenburo) that transforms into a cherry blossom haven each spring.

During late March, the iconic “Ebisuya Centennial Sakura” blooms in full glory—so close you can almost touch the petals from the bath. It’s a surreal experience of soaking under sakura snow, with the petals drifting into the water.
