Dont book from this platform. I stayed at a resort booked via Agoda App, after completing 60 days the Agoda was suppsoed to send the cashback of 160 Dollars. Which was decided at the time of booking and is visible in booking details. After waiting for 2-3 days when i didnt receive the cashback i lodged a complaint on agoda app. They they asked for 24 Hrs then 48 Hrs and then 7-10 days as its takes time for approval. After 10 days when i again contacted the Agoda app they told my cashback is cancelled and we can give u 45 dollar as good gesture. Really is it good gesture??? Agoda is robbing and scamming people by denyng the cashback. They are saying the booking was modified, even though it was modified the why i was never informed that your cashback will not paid. If it was informed i would have cancelled the whole booking. Why should i bear 100 Dollar loss after 60 days without any prior info. Worst platform to book hotel/ resort. Im sharing my experience so that others can save their money from Agoda scams. They promise the cashback and later they wont give it stating and making any excuse at the time of cashback
