Recipi :
– Pass the fried-tofu for Inari zushi through hot water. Remove any excess oil.
– Boil it in Mentsuyu on low heat for about 10mins.
– Make the rice that cooked a little on the firm side.
– And add salt, sugar, and vinegar to rice. This is basiclly the sushi rice.
– Let`s wrap this rice in the Inari zushi skin.
(cautionary points ) If the rice is too firm, the skin is broken.ðŸ˜
