To do weird things.
I thought like eating food, while walking,
dancing in public spaces,
openly showing of their tattoo that says "onion boy soup goddess", or something.
Not like actual crimes,
like stalking and stuff.
srr, weird things and crimes aren't the same to me, zenne ze ( zenne ze = Flemish desu ne ).
Personally I enjoy Kyoto because the place itself is a historical landmark.
That seems pretty tame, at least they don't show you their sausage and start to do things in your bag like were I live 😢

COVID did a number on Akihabara. The loss of tourism on an area known to attract international tourists…I havent been back since COVID but I kept up on all the places I used to love visiting all vanishing during the pandemic.
Cool and famous places in akihabara keep getting closed down and there are future plans to redevelop it to have less nerdy stuff. Is denden town also experiencing this?
