Sorry follow up. If you buy ticket on Klook and they don’t sit your party of 4 together. Is there a way to change to later train time to sit together? Can you choose seats once Klook issues you a QR code?
Great video. I have a question. If I buy 4 adult tickets on smartEX for the 4 people in my party and I enter each of our IC card number into smartEX (2 digital suica and 2 physical suica card number), am I supposed to able to assign each ticket to its respective IC card number? And then we enter the Shinkansen gates as usual tapping our 2 iPhone digital suica and then other 2 physical suica cards? So once I assign the tickets to an IC card in the smartEX app then I don’t need the smartEX app anymore at the station correct?
