  6. Love the places you go but I am a 72 year old female coming to Japan for the first time this year and I could never afford this place. Have you ever thought about places like this but budget friendly?

  7. What a charming visit! I was impressed. Also, with all the various ways the crab was cooked and presented to you. A crab connoisseur’s absolute delight.
Thank you for taking us with you.

P.S. I am not sure if/where to put the apostrophe S on connoisseur so please excuse me if it’s wrong.

  8. We visited Kinosaki this past October for 2 nights as part of our 3 week honeymoon in Japan and we loved it! It was magical being able to take a nighttime stroll wearing yukata and geta. It was fun to try out the retro (and not so retro) gaming arcades after going for a bath!
Did you guys find time to use the ropeway to visit the summit of Mt. Daishi? They have a super sweet cafe with a breathtaking view of the town at the top!

  9. I don't mean to be offensive but there are two things I don't understand about Japanese culture. Your obsession with public baths and eating small portions of food at an insane cost. Greetings from Italy

  10. The hotel sign had a tri-force from Zelda. Does that symbol mean something else in Japan besides Zelda?
