First Week in Osaka, Japan! 関西外大の留学生

My first week at KGU was really exciting! I didn’t take videos of everything because I was making friends!!😅 The day I arrived, I took a bus provided by KGU that brought us directly to the dorms. We had to unpack, fill out some paperwork and make the bed (more confusing than expected).😴 Throughout the week, there were multiple orientations for KGU and YUI dorm, along with optional school events like Nihongo Friends.🥳 We had appointments with city hall to receive residence cards and register for Japan’s National Health Insurance (required).🏥 I did a lot of shopping for my dorm room and to get school supplies.🛍️ I met a student on the street (I know it sounds sketchy) and she told me about a cultural exchange club that she was in, called LIM, where Japanese students plan events and bring people (international students and Japanese students) on trips to Kyoto and Osaka!⛩️ It was a busy first week but it was really fun! みんなさん、ありがとう！楽しかったです！✨
