On a rainy autumn day, I found myself at the Okada Museum of Art in Hakone, Japan. The museum, often overlooked, houses an extensive and impressive collection of art from Japan, China, and Korea. As I wandered through the galleries, I was struck by the beauty of the pieces, though I couldn’t capture any of it on camera since photography and videography were strictly prohibited inside. Despite the gloom of the day, the vibrant autumn colors outside provided a stunning backdrop, making my visit even more memorable.
