I almost didn’t make the trip but so glad I did. I spent a day exploring the Matcha capital of Japan, Uji. A small village 30min outside of Kyoto. It was so peaceful my anxiety literally melted away the longer I stayed in Japan. I wanted to share that vibe and some encouraging motivation while also sharing things to do in Uji. Lots of ASMR with some yapping to share helpful advice in this vid.
