Tiny tip, mean no offense; but Japanese generally wear very conservatively. Tank tops worn in this video being, are generally not liked there in street picture even if it is very hot summer day. At a beach its ok, but many people get a negative impression of tank tops or otherwise not dressed "enough". Some bars and restaurants even have those banned, and ask you to wear something on it. I know from experience when living there, I tried to take my long sleeve shirt off, and a bouncer came to me and told me to get it back on.
