"My bed-making skills have improved over the past few years" … 😂
Me: "I wonder why no one uses this route." (Half way through the video) "Alright, I get it now."
Great video! But now that I saw Sunflower, I'm singing the song.
Why would you want to drink the sweat of a Pocari? Is it sweet sweat?
Hankyu for taking us along!
Wow, I don't think you've ever taken a ferry with fewer food selections. At least you had curry noodles.
Japan is so amazing sensationl my friend live it up much love be safe ❤
This route seems not user friendly, feel sorry for you😂
now that was a real shitty ferry, and a shitty train station…
One is very grateful for your videos since age and health and economics make it very, very unlikely that such trips would occur.
There is something in the way you video that is just mesmerizing.
As always, thank you so much for the lift in spirits!!
Great video of you driving in the ship.
An interesting trip. Your cabin wasn't much, but was private – I'm guessing you got a little sleep.
Sunflower…sunflower…
Very good video, as usual. Obviously, this ferry is primarily designed for trucking, between the two ports.
Most of the drivers bring their meals with them, but they will mostly sleep for 6 hours, or a little less if they wash first. Hence the superficial food service offering.
I would hope that the crew has better food service in their quarters.
Reservations can only be made by phone
Cash only 😂
Wow … This is almost as basic as a capsule.
a very depressing ship solo , not much to eat and a very empty feeling . don't like the cabin, with no lock on door and no bath room.
Just so you know – the Seafood Cup Noodle is REALLY GOOD!!! There's actually seafood in it, lol. Your cabin isn't bad, but the lack of any way to lock it is a non-starter for me. Still, looks like an interesting trip off the beaten path.
Nissan Cup Noodle in Japan is so much better than the Nissan Cup Noodle in North America.
Just stumbled on your channel and I'm glad I did. Reminds me of taking the ferry between Nova Scotia and Newfoundland when I was younger. Good times. If you ever find yourself on that side of the world, give the maritime provinces a look.
I love how the air vent was simply called "oxygen" 😂
This adventure felt different, and I enjoyed it 😊
Arigatou gozaimasu 🙏🇦🇺💜🇯🇵
That noise would have driven me bonkers.
mentions Sunflower Ferry
Me: Well, I guess it’s time to sing 😂
How scary to walk so far in dark area when they know some lights would be appreciated. Then NO FOOD!? Always bring snacks on ferries like this. It was peaceful though.
Kind of a lonely trip for you this time…glad you live in a relatively safe place since you walked alone so much. Of course we are all along with you, so to speak…
Cool video. I like these ones that are of the beaten path.
Hello Solo san that has to be the most spartan ferry I’ve ever seen you ride aboard yet you managed to pull it off in a positive note. Thank you for sharing.
Very basic trip this one. Like you say something different .. and not too bad. Bushyboy Oz
Perhaps the restaurant is only open for daytime voyages? It is a midnight voyage afterall.
That cabin is the most basic cabin I've ever seen. No Wi-Fi I assume. At least the room came with a powerport.
For some reason or another the room reminds me of a doctors examination room. Even the hallway with all those rooms. Or maybe its just me. But as always, I love your videos 🙂
The staterooms are all business. Great video. Thanks!❤🎉
Rather be on the Sunflower
