Our small luggage has traveled with us to 13 countries so far this year, and has taken quite a beating 🧳 One of the axles came off, and before we knew it, one of the round wheels 🛞 had turned square 🟫 making it very difficult to properly wheel it.

Buying a new suitcase is expensive 🤑 so luckily we found a place in Tokyo to get it repaired for cheaper and quite fast to boot! ⏩

STEPS:
1️⃣ 💬 Chat with them on LINE or call about your luggage situation to get a rough estimate.
2️⃣ 🧳 Bring your luggage in. They’ll examine it, and give you the cost breakdown. The younger man spoke a little English while the older man didn’t, so we used Google Translate to communicate.
3️⃣ 💸 Pay in cash (no card accepted) and drop off your luggage. You’ll receive a handwritten receipt and a time to pick up your luggage.

💰 COST: We paid 7,700 yen to get two wheels replaced, but will vary for your situation

⌚ TIME: We got ours repaired in less than 2 hours, but may vary for your situation
