The 2nd Ishikawa Haarii Tournament

At Ishikawa Fishing Port
Uruma City, Okinawa
On July 10 2011, the 2nd Ishikawa Haarii Tournament took place at Ishikawa Fishing Port in Uruma City.
In this year, more than 80 teams participated dragon boat race. The race has four sections: Residents’ Associations, Adult (Men and Women,) Junior, and Women. All participants tried their best and rowed hard under a beautiful sunny sky.
The city is about one hour away from Naha City by car. Uruma city is surrounded by beautiful nature and is famous for eisa dance and bull fighting. In summer, haarii races take place in many parts of the city.
Please visit Uruma city to feel exciting atmosphere!
