Local Cuisine in Miyazu, Kyoto
When you finish the yakisoba, add rice to the leftover broth to make curry and rice.
Simple, but I have never seen this menu outside of this area.
(I was born in Japan and have traveled all over the country, but this is the first time I've had it.)
It is not your ordinary curry roux.
It's insanely delicious.
