Braving the Tokyo summer heat to go to a matsuri in Naka-Meguro 🏮
This festival was just last weekend by Naka-Meguro station. The first night on Saturday had bon odori (I didn’t go that evening) and Sunday was all about yosakoi performances, an energetic type of dance 🪭
I was just a little disappointed that there were no food stalls, I always love getting some food at festivals 🥺
The fun thing about summer in Tokyo (and probably other cities in Japan!) is that you have festivals all over the city! So no matter where you go, you most likely will come across one, especially over the weekend ✨
