Tsukemen is a dish which the noodle and the broth serve separately. When having the noodle, the eater need to dip the noodle with the broth. After finished the noodle, we may ask for the soup to add into the broth and enjoy the broth. 丸和つけ麵 is one of my favorite tsukemen restaurant in Nagoya.
