Amazing Spring in Japan – Kagami Ike Pond, Nagano (4K) 日本の素晴らしい春 – 長野県鏡池

Stunning 4K drone aerial trip over Kagami Ike Pond in the beautiful Myoko-Togakushi Renzan National Park during perfect Spring weather.
Myoko-Togakushi Renzan is situated on a highland plateau in northern Nagano, and the large national park straddles the Nagano and Niigata prefectural boundary.
The area becomes a spectacular mix of Spring colours from late April into May, with flowering trees of many times including, of course, the famed cherry blossoms/Sakura, set against the stunning mountainous backdrop with the Winter snow still on the higher peaks of the Northern Alps (飛騨山脈).
Kagami-ike Pond is situated at the southern end of the national park, not far from Togakushi-Jinja, and is a fabulous viewing spot throughout all the seasons.
