[Music] you ever see a conveyor belt of raw ambition folks I’m talking Tokyo conveyor belt Sushi the belly of the Beast staring down a sushi Carousel that puts the Vegas buffets to shame time to try the melon soda it doesn’t taste like [Applause] melon this is the Mac so grab a plate grab a beer get ready to ride a conveyor belt of raw fish dreams baby just don’t blame me if you end up in a food coma fueled by Toro and Saki not my fault here the sushi chef is wielding a blow torch like a samurai in his Katana each piece of fish fatty tuna glistening Yellow Tail maybe even the occasional silver eel gets a searing kiss of fire the fat sizzles the edges caramelize and the aroma oh wow forget incense in a temple this is pure Primal got to have it [Music] Temptation been trying to get this since day one m this now we’re to c k and don’t forget to pass the crepe cafes in the piled high waffle desserts but look enough fancy stuff let’s get real a Modi yaka show also known as nighttime alley maybe piss alley yeah you heard that right but this tiny neon lit maze is all about the tiny yakatori stands it’s a little messy it’s a little loud but it’s godamn delicious this is yakatori a celebration of simple ingredients cooked with Smoky Perfection H don’t be a scaredy-cat I mean get in close capture the glistening Char of the chicken the overflowing beer mugs so grab a stool pull up to the counter and embrace the chaos it’s time for a snack [Music] break are you ready to try and God’s flavor I think I am mhm now back to the show this small space you don’t want to miss for great sushi pure Tokyo magic melts in your mouth fish the Wasabi gives a little kick the soy sauce adds a salty depth it’s a symphony of flavors a testament to the fact that sometimes the greatest things come in small packages now buckle your seat belts because you don’t want to miss this yakatori spot in Ginza forget the fancy menus here you point to what tickles your fancy one a skew of juicy chicken wings done caramelized skin clinging to the tender meat done feeling adventurous maybe try a skew of chicken hearts surprisingly rich and slightly y eel sure why not a little smoky a little sweet it’s a roller coaster for your taste buds here a bean the skije market in Tokyo is one of the coolest markets you’re going to find little salmon here this should be fresh yeah it’s got a tiny hole in thewall Stall serving up the freshcious sushi you’ve ever had the pleasure of devouring here it’s all about the pure unadulterated Taste Of The Sea fatty Toro that melts in your tongue lay tuna with a satisfying bite delicate slices of ooni that explode with your Briney sweetness a doll Wasabi a lick of soy sauce and Bam a flavor explosion that you have to rethink everything you thought you knew about sushi it’s time for a snack break now You’ got to check out the Starbucks and there’s plenty of them and this strawberry cream is definitely hitting the spot now back to the show the cutest scissor ever it’s time to try how cute is this this smell does not smell it does not smell promising is there any sugar in it that’s why there was no line it goes fast let’s see why there was a l fast line B there you and you can see your bloing there’s no sugar [Music] go well that’s it thanks so much for joining please take a look at our travel guides for more information
