this is part two of travel tips you need to know before visiting Japan to have a stressfree and enjoyable Japan trip number one is about restaurant bookings some restaurants in Japan require a Japanese number to make bookings making it difficult for tourists especially if you use an eim or tourism the tip is to get your hotel conci should call in to make a booking for you at the restaurant number two is free amenities at hotels many hotels in Japan offer free ameni such as umbrella rental bottled water and even bicycle rentals which can save you so much number three is to wear socks or bring a pair of socks with you always a large percentage of businesses in Japan will require you to remove your shoes prior to entering the store this includes some changing rooms such as in Muji it is also quite common if you’re visiting tea houses and some stores in Kyoto in particular follow from more Japan travel tips and I also post daily

Some hotels lend umbrella for free. I haven’t tried to rent an umbrella from the hotel. But I probably wouldn’t rent it. Just got to the konbini and or drug store and buy one. Less than $5
Tip, don't go to a hotel. Go to a hostel. Just saved you like 2 thousand dollars.
