Japan in July: the elusive Mt. Fuji, a 1-day trip from Tokyo to Kamakura, and a walk in Tokyo.

We go sightseeing by train (including the switchback mountain train), cable car, bus and boat, from Tokyo to Lake Kawaguchiko and Oshino Hakkai village. This is close to Mt. Fuji, which can be seen from Mt. Kachi Kachi in Kawaguchiko. The nature, culture, transportation technology, the food and the hospitality of the Japanese people made the trip an amazing experience!

We also take a 1-day trip with the famous Enoden Electrical Railway to Kamakura at the coast south of Tokyo. There we visit the Great Buddha and take in the panoramic view of the city from a scenic part of the Hase-dera temple grounds. Finally, some sightseeing on foot in Tokyo.
