静かな住宅街に突如現れる癒しのスポット。
高尾通の桜のトンネルは、大正時代に摩耶ケーブルが開通したときに植栽されたものです。
南北約400mの急な坂道の両側に約70本の桜の木の枝がアーチのように道路を覆っています。
桜の花が見頃を迎えると桜の花がアーケードのように坂道を覆い尽くし多くの花見客で賑わいをみせる。

The cherry blossom tunnel on Takao-dori was planted when the Maya Cable was opened in the Taisho era.
About 70 branches of cherry trees cover the road like an arch on both sides of the steep slope, which runs about 400 meters from north to south.
When the cherry blossoms are at their best, they cover the slope like an arcade, attracting many cherry blossom viewers.
