Train from Sapporo to Otaru

Train from Sapporo to Otaru during winter.
Snow is everywhere.

Beautiful scenery along the way, snowy mountains, blue sky and passing so near to the ocean as the train approaches Otaru.

There’s a taxi stand right outside of the Otaru JR train. Juat take the taxi to the Canal if you are too lazy to walk or if the weather ia too cold. You need your energy for sightseeing too.

Uber is hard to get in Otaru.
