神戸市須磨区にある海沿いの公園「須磨浦公園」は、数3,000本の桜が咲き誇る、神戸を代表するお花見スポット。

公園の広々としたエリアにたくさんの桜が植えられており、穏やかな須磨の海を背景に桜が一面に咲き誇る美しい絶景が広がります。

桜の見頃にあわせて開催されるイベント「敦盛桜（あつもりざくら）2024」では、期間中、須磨浦公園駅に山陽電車の直通特急が臨時停車し、キッチンカーの出店やオリジナルスイーツの販売、夜には桜のライトアップやプロジェクションマッピングが実施され、一日中お花見が楽しめます。

Sumaura Park, a seaside park in Suma-ku, Kobe City, is a representative cherry blossom viewing spot in Kobe with several 3,000 cherry trees in full bloom.

Many cherry trees are planted in a spacious area of the park, creating a beautiful view of cherry trees in full bloom against the calm sea of Suma.

During the “Atsumori Zakura 2024” event, which is held in conjunction with the cherry blossom viewing season, the Sanyo Railway’s direct limited express train makes a temporary stop at Sumaura Park Station, kitchen cars are set up, original sweets are sold, and at night the cherry trees are lit up and projection mapping is performed, making cherry blossom viewing fun all day long.
