Iida is the largest city in southern Nagano Prefecture. A 600-meter-long street lined with sakura trees is popular among people during spring. Since apples are produced in this area, there is a street lined with apple trees in the downtown area of the city as well. You can see apple flowers blooming at the beginning of May.
In the latter part of this video, we drive on scenic road named Harmonic Road on a hill. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Japanese Southern Alps from the Tsukiyodaira Ohashi Bridge Observation Point.
