Hello! “Japanese Kitchen Tour”.
This channel introduces Japanese food culture, chefs’ techniques, and Japanese food.

This was founded in 1945.
The deliciousness of the horumon bowl and beef bowl, which have been continued for over 70 years, is well-received.
The atmosphere of the preparation scene that starts early in the morning is a must-see!

I think the cauldron is such a huge centerpiece. They have a business that many would envy. Having 20 folks lined up for your dishes at 0630 in the morning speaks volumes. Having 100 in line for breakfast/ lunch is a testament to the quality of their food business. Pretty amazing!
And so ends another busy day only to rest and greet another.
