  1. My wife and I tried this place yesterday…It was ok. The Chashu from the ramen and the onigiri were great. The broth was just ok. The noodles were decent until I found a clump of doughy noodles stuck together. For a dollar more, you can upgrade the egg to a sake infused egg which was really good. Like he said in the video, the restaurant is still in it's soft opening and they still have a few kinks to work out but I believe there's potential for it to be a great place for ramen.

  2. They can eliminate the waiters if they have a touchscreen to make orders directly to the kitchen….like in Japan.
