    Made some nice and comforting Japanese curry 😋 One ingredient that’s a bit different from the usual versions: curry leaves, which worked very well.

    Main ingredients:
    Curry leaves, 40-50
    Onion, 1, minced
    Minced pork, 500g/1lb
    Garlic, 5-6 cloves, minced
    Ginger, 1 thumb-length piece, ground
    Tomato, 1, chopped
    Small potatoes, 3, cut in cubes
    Carrot, 1, cut in cubes
    Japanese curry roux, 4 blocks
    Yoghurt, 1 tbsp
    Frozen peas, 1/2 cups
    Yuzupon, 1 tsp
    Instant coffee, 1 pinch
