This Photowalk takes place in Shinnagata (新長田). Shinnagata is famous for its massive statue of a robot manga character, Gigantor (鉄人28号) commemorating Kobe’s recovery after a 1995 earthquake.
It also has some shopping streets that are modern and older retro versions as well. There are some great Korean and Vietnamese restaurants in this area, especially the Korean BBQ restaurants. The meat is delicious and cheaper compared to other areas of Kobe.
I set my Ricoh GR IIIx to Av (Aperture priority) which allows me to control the aperture, and shot in both RAW and JPG (Standard).
