Grouper we start off the day catching a couple dozen live bait that are perfect for big rer yeah so we just marked this pile where we’re going through we’re going to go back and fish it and see what’s there oh here I see it like there were

Literally in the span of about 74 ft of water this about the shallowest I would two catch keeper Rer but we’re right on top of it with the trolling motor you can see right here we’re still about 60 ft away from this spot fun ones what what you we’re still marking them as we’re coming through good fish I pulled a couple of the ones that

20 F feet away from the spot so at the troller motor and we are on top of them I’m going to drop down so we’re only in um 75 ft of water so a trick that I have to kind of weed out the smaller fish is to use a bigger bait so we’re

94 ft of water it’s some uh strike lines numbers just some hard bottom see if there’s any big ones on it about 95 ft of water yeah so we just drove over this lump here and I’m going to mark that on my chart and see if we can try and fish

Kitchen that was freaking that was really cool that’s one of the coolest things I’ve ever done where we broke a fish off I sent the camera down saw the fish and then came back there a couple weeks later to catch it I hope you guys enjoyed that I really enjoyed making

That video today we are back in the kitchen here and I was up in Fort Myers a couple days ago at Bonita bills and they served their Cooper with some sweet and sour sauce so I think I’m going to try making some sweet and sour grouper

And serve it over some rice and tomatoes and peppers so let’s do it so we got our nice grouper cut here and we’re going to go ahead and toss it in the oil now that it’s hot and get some of our peppers and our tomatoes in there our

Onions all right give it a couple minutes and then we’re going to flip it all right we’re going to flip it give it it a minute on the other side and then finish her off in the oven and put some of that sweet and sour sauce on we go from

There we got some of our sweet and sour sauce on the grouper we’re just going to bake it in the oven for another minute or two finish that fillet off all the way through we’re going to go ahead and check our grouper and it looks done
