How can you rebuild trust when you give the impression that you just don't care about the fan's concerns?
All I saw was you being grateful to the company. Sure this is a team effort but why can't you acknowledge the fan's concerns empathetically? It's not hard to say "I can understand the concern but please don't worry, I'm okay with not having it".
The entire time in the clip, I saw you be more grateful for the company staff and your fellow employees instead of you know… your fanbase?
You know what you should be grateful for as well? The fan's attention and time that gives you and your company the power, reputation, and money it has. That play button of 100k subscribers came from your fans.

Like this entire debacle just cements that Nijisanji just doesn't care about their fans.

Their goal always has been squeezing out as much money as possible from blind fans before they run out of money or passion. You are very optimistic to think they see us as “fans”
You see, the thing is that Niji doesn’t need fans with awareness. They only want obedient fanatics who will eat up whatever they cook and defend them against any criticism.

Sadly Niji doesn’t see people as fans but only as money bags and assets. They don’t seem to have morals or any humanity.
