Hello ☀︎ This is Hiiko. 📍I ordered “THE STEEL HOUSE” sparkling wine. Today’s meal course is 6000 yen per person. The appetizer is fresh spring rolls. Eat seafood and basil together. Crab and tapioca consomméro royale. You might think it’s a soup, but it’s actually a Western-style chawanmushi-like dish.

A collaboration between the richly flavored soup and crab. The fish dish is sea bream. The sea bream meat is soft. The sauce is packed with vegetables and is delicious. White wine. Pork spare ribs, black pepper sauce. The meat and sauce have a nice aroma♪ The meat is soft and easy to eat.

Grilled vegetables are delicious. I ordered red wine. Sweet sea bream with dashi chazuke. It has a gentle scent of dashi soup. Break up the sea bream and eat it. It has a gentle flavor that goes well with the final touch. This bran pickle is also delicious. dessert. The white chocolate butterflies are beautiful.

Vinegar sparring (800 yen), draft beer (650 yen), and a course meal for 6,600 yen per person. Fresh spring rolls with grilled eggplant and swordfish, and egg yolk sauce. Aubergine is wrapped in soft eggplant♪ The moment you open it, you can smell the smoke and the pleasant aroma of smoked meat.

Instantly smoked Yokowa (tuna baby). The soft tuna and sesame sauce go well together. There is abalone liver in the white dressing. The food is delicious, so I’ll have a second one soon. I prefer freeze-dried soy sauce ♡ Sake Rokugo Tanaka Itoshima (800 yen) Apparently it contains conger eel, scallops, and shrimp. It’s a big scallop. A nice shrimp also came out. Kirishima pork shoulder loin steak cooked under vacuum at low temperature, Japonais sauce. The meat is thick. It’s soft and delicious.

Grilled vegetables are also delicious. It’s a cute vessel. There is a lot of salmon roe on the sea bream rice. This is mentaiko. It’s miso soup. Delicious ♡ Fish came out from the miso soup. I’m full and satisfied. Saikyo miso cheesecake. Looks delicious ♡
