Among Japanese and international tourists looking for a break from Tokyo. As soon as they arrive at the location of their food truck, they begin preparing. Do you divide the work between the two of you? In the morning, we usually unload the big stuff first.

Two of us will split up to prepare the outside of the food truck and the inside. Is this food truck handmade? Yes, everything is handmade. How long did it take you to build the food truck? How long was it? It took three months and four months to build the food truck.

When I was a senior in college, I was job hunting. I lost sight of what I wanted to do as I went through the job search process. I was having a hard time, and that’s when I met her. As we talked about job hunting and life, we empathized with each other.

Then we thought it would be better to start our own business. I talked to my brother about it. “I knew you would end up like this anyway,” was what was said at that time. Then I started the business with the support of my brother, who was like, “Okay, I’ll help you.

Where do you usually take this food truck? Basically, we are based in Kanagawa Prefecture, we often take this food truck to “Odawara” or “Chigasaki” We often come to Hakone-Yumoto, where we have a store today Occasionally, when there is an event, we take food truck to Tokyo.

I have to be careful not to oversleep because my mornings are incredibly early! But you’ve never overslept. I never have. But Juna oversleeps quite a bit. No, just a couple of times. Cooking prep begins with making the churro dough! Actually, they have created content about the food truck on Tiktok and Instagram

Depends on my mood. There are so many amazing varieties. We both always eat hamburger steak That hamburger steak is really good. I’ll order again today. It’s just a little bit more expensive. So we’ll split it in half. They will bring the onigiri to our food truck
