I really don’t get this.
Like… this sub is a raging dumpster fire right now (and most likely will never go back to being the sort of corporate playground Niji would like it to be), and there seems to be no great effort to change that, so… what’s going on? I thought the Uki posts being deleted was just him/one of his mods trying desperately for his racism not to become the latest company fiasco, but this doesn’t seem to be that.
I feel like if they gave a shit about this sub, they would either leave it completely unmoderated (so as to contain all the negativity in one spot, where they can easily keep an eye on it and step in if something really outrageous happens) or shut it down altogether, but these half-measures just confuse me. I have no idea what their intended end-game is for this sub.

what a shame it doesn’t say which mod account did the action, i’d be really interested in seeing… i think it’s more likely staff than the actual livers, personally, bc too many posts that are really critical of them are left untouched… but what does get deleted feels so terribly random, idgi.
