Someone bought some fries for $2 and they think somehow that’s a problem.

It’s twitter finding a reason to get mad again. In a world as interconnected as ours, everything affects everything else. Buying organic food will help a company which pays another company which lobbies a government to pay a company which makes weapons used in war. It’s impossible not to assist these wars ‘indirectly’. If you think that’s a problem, then try to protest to your government, they’re more likely to make a difference than harassing strangers online who just wanna eat a meal.
But I don’t think they really care about what happens in the middle east, which I think is even worse. If they did they’d take the time to understand the complex situation that has sat there for centuries, that has affected everybody there. They just want a reason to hate and exclude people they don’t like. They don’t give a rats what happens to Palestinians or Israelis, or everyone else unfortunate enough to have to live near them and get pulled into this stupidity.

No that’s total facts. Nijisanji and Uki deserve all the shit but Scarle? Over a cake? It’s so telling how bullshit the NDF’s morals are (in reality, how they’re just a bunch of hate filled posers) when they swarm over “she bought cake from a billion dollar corporation” versus “Uki made several bigoted remarks towards a race a people but because his racism isn’t systemic he gets a pass also he’s popular.” Man fuck this company fr and fuck this fandom

Because racism is not their preferred outrage of the month. Heck, the Ukraine-Russia situation is still ongoing, child soldiers are still being recruited in Sudan, and human trafficking is still prevalent around the world. But I guess those things are not as important since they don’t get the likes/karma for commenting on those issues.
