RX-93ff ν Gundam Robot Fukuoka Japan
The RX-93ff ν Gundam is a life-sized statue located at the Mitsui Shopping Center LaLaport in Fukuoka, Japan. It opened on April 25, 2022
Conceived by Lieutenant Amuro Ray, the RX-93 ν Gundam’s Fin Funnels were a revolutionary all-range weapon capable of both offense and defense. However, it was pointed out that its solitary firepower was insufficient. In response, Anaheim Electronics proposed combining the Fin Funnel with the Hyper Mega Bazooka Launcher that was being considered for the RX-93-ν2. The result was the Long Range Fin Funnel.[2]
To accommodate the Long Range Fin Funnel, the RX-93 itself would be modified into the RX-93ff variant. This would allow the Long Range Fin Funnel to connect directly to the Gundam’s generator, similar to the MSZ-010 ΖΖ Gundam
